The short version

• We collect only what we need to fill your request and run the program.
• We never sell your personal information.
• We never share your name or email with brands or your school.
• Whether you requested a monthly supply is never shared and never used for marketing.
• Emails with partner offers are optional, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

What we collect

• When you request a monthly supply: your first name, university email, campus, and optionally your year of study and dietary needs.
• If you opt in to emails: your choice to receive Shelf to Student emails, including partner offers and short surveys, and any survey answers you choose to give.
• When you ask us to come to your campus: your email and school.
• When you email us: whatever you choose to include in your message.

How we use it

• To fill your request and send your locker pickup code.
• To plan what goes in each month's supply, including dietary needs.
• To count totals, such as how many students we serve on each campus.
• If you opted in, to send you Shelf to Student emails, partner offers and short surveys.
• To decide which campuses to bring Shelf to Student to next.

What brand partners see

Brand partners never receive your name, email or any other personal information, and they cannot contact you through us. We share only combined, anonymous results, such as how many products went out on a campus, how many students used a discount code, or overall survey results. These results can never be traced back to you.

Who else we share with

We use a small number of service providers to run the program, such as our website host and email provider. They process information only on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not share your information with your school.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you take part in the program and for a reasonable time after, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or by emailing us.
• Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
• Withdraw your consent at any time. It won't affect your ability to request a monthly supply.

Keeping it safe

We protect your information with reasonable security measures and limit access to the people who need it to run the program.
